What is the one-time setup fee for?
It covers building and branding your experience: your logo, colors, headshot, brokerage details and contact info applied throughout the app. On Enterprise it also covers App Store and Google Play submission of your own listing.
How long does onboarding take?
Most plans go live within about a week: ~10 minutes of branding intake on day 1, build and preview approval on days 2–4, then launch and client invites. Enterprise adds App Store and Google Play review, which typically pushes launch to day 10–14.
What do I need to provide for branding?
Five items, uploaded in one short intake form:
- Logo: SVG preferred, or transparent PNG at 1000px+ wide. Applied in 1 business day.
- Brand colors: 1–2 HEX codes (e.g. #0F2D52, #FF6B35). Applied same day; we build the full palette.
- Headshot: JPG or PNG, 1000×1000px+, square-friendly. Retouched and cropped in 1 business day.
- Brokerage details: Brokerage name, license number and any required disclosure text. Same day.
- Contact info: Phone, email and website URL. Same day.
